Open Communication
We maintain transparent, regular communication through our parent portal, termly newsletters, and parent evenings. You are always in the loop - and always heard.
At HDM, parents are not visitors - they are partners. Everything we do is stronger when school and home move together, guided by the same love for every child in our care.
We maintain transparent, regular communication through our parent portal, termly newsletters, and parent evenings. You are always in the loop - and always heard.
Parents are not passive spectators at HDM. We actively involve families in school life, events, and the decisions that shape our community.
When school and home share the same values - Faith, Diligence, Excellence - children thrive. We work together to model what we believe, every single day.
Parent-Teacher Association
The PTA is the formal voice of our parent community. Every HDM parent is automatically a member, and active participation shapes the life of the school.
The HDM Parent-Teacher Association is a formal body of parents and staff who work together to strengthen school life, support initiatives, and represent family voices in school decisions.
The PTA meets every half-term - typically on a Saturday morning. Meetings are open to all HDM parents and guardians. Agendas are shared in advance through the school portal.
From fundraising to organising family events, supporting new families, and advising on school projects - the PTA is at the centre of the HDM community.
All HDM parents and guardians are automatic members of the PTA. To take an active role or join the committee, simply contact the school office or speak to any current PTA member.
How to Get Involved
At the close of every term, we hold a dedicated Parent-Teacher Conference where you sit one-on-one with your child's teacher to review their progress, celebrate growth, and set goals for the term ahead.
The Parent-Teacher Association meets every half-term to support school events, community projects, and family initiatives. All are welcome.
From sports day to cultural festivals, we warmly welcome parents who want to roll up their sleeves and help make our events memorable.
Open mornings give parents the chance to observe Montessori learning in action - seeing exactly how your child spends their day, in their own environment.
Are you a professional, artist, entrepreneur, or community leader? We would love you to speak to our students, lead a workshop, or mentor an after-school club.
