Community Food Drive
Each term, HDM families and staff come together to collect and donate food packages to families in need across the Eastern Region. Small acts, enormous impact.
Mentorship & Outreach
Upper Primary students visit local community centres and feeder schools, sharing their learning and demonstrating the Montessori values of service and empathy in real-world settings.
Campus Beautification
Students, parents, and staff work together on campus improvement projects - painting murals, building garden beds, and maintaining the shared spaces we all call home.

Our cultural calendar honours the heritage, history, and identity of every child in our community. These are not just events - they are lessons in pride, belonging, and identity.
Ghana Independence Day
The whole school comes together to celebrate Ghana's independence with traditional dress, dance, drumming, and proud displays of national heritage. A day of joy and identity.
Founders' Day
A celebration of Ghana's founders and national leaders - with speeches, performances, and reflections on the values of sacrifice, vision, and service that built our nation.
African Day
A pan-African celebration of the continent's cultures, histories, and futures - with food, dress, music, storytelling, and art from across Africa's 54 nations.
End of Year Cultural Festival
Our biggest annual celebration - a full evening of music, drama, dance, and visual art by all year groups, showcasing the extraordinary richness of the HDM community.
